Founded in 1995 by Giles Walterscheid, our family-owned and operated company has evolved from its humble beginnings as a small job shop into one of the Texas region’s leading CNC machining and fabrication enterprises.

Our commitment to excellence has propelled our company from a modest family-run machine shop in 1995 to a robust organization employing over 100 dedicated professionals, including three generations of the Walterscheid family. Today, our state-of-the-art facility houses more than 100 CNC machines and a dedicated tooling department. Along the way, we have significantly expanded our capabilities to meet the diverse needs of our clients and the evolving needs of the market.
