One of the largest custom machining facilities in North Texas, Superior Machining and Fabrications, is celebrating 20 years in the business and is gearing up for a three-phase expansion.
“Our plans to expand into the aerospace industry would include a broad customer base and the ability to attract the difficult jobs that most shops cannot do,” said Jeff Walterscheid, Superior Machining and Fabrication’s operations manager in a press release.
Already underway with a completion date in the next three months, stage one includes a 10,000 square foot facility expansion to allow room for new equipment and large aerospace parts. This expansion could allow an extra 10 to 15 new machines along with 10 to 15 new jobs. [Read More…]
